Publication format
IEEE requires that all papers submitted for IEEE proceedings be in PDF format. A conformance check is performed by IEEE before a file can be accepted. Certain types of files are converted to PDF by IEEE PDFExpress. If authors are having problems with the conversion, they should contact the publication chair. Papers submitted to the supplemental proceedings must be in PDF as well. Slide presentations can be in Powerpoint or PDF, though PDF is always preferred.

Note that the maximum length of the paper is six pages plus one page (for references and appendices).
